QA/QC Specialist (Electrical and C&I)

The Offer Work within a company with a solid track record of success Excellent career development opportunities The Job Key Responsibilities: Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control processes in alignment with ISO standards. Conduct daily inspections, outage quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments, sub-contractors, OEMs, and consultants to maintain quality standards. Analyze QA trends, conduct compliance audits, and report on project quality performance. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, environmental, and information security regulations. The Profile Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Professional : At least 10 years of related experience, Electrical/I&C Graduate with Thermal Power Plant experience preferred with exposure to Boiler Turbine and BOP areas. Leadership Experience : As discipline leader in field, Project Experience: Lead for implementation of ISO9001 processes Skills and Competencies: Expertise in electrical transformer testing, motor checks, switchyard inspections, and C&I tests. Knowledge of construction drawings, construction materials quality testing, and failure mechanism analysis. Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to lead and coach site staff, with strong interpersonal and multi-cultural skills.
