QAQC Engineer

Job Summary: Weare looking for a meticulous and experienced QA/QC Engineer to joinour consulting engineering firm. The successful candidate will beresponsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of constructionprojects with industry standards and client requirements. This roleinvolves close collaboration with project teams contractors andclients to maintain highquality standards throughout the projectlifecycle.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developand implement QA/QC plans for construction projects ensuringcompliance with industry standards and clientspecifications.
• Conduct regular siteinspections and audits to monitor quality and adherence to projectrequirements.
• Review and approve materialsubmittals shop drawings and other project documentation forcompliance with quality standards.
• Coordinatewith project teams contractors and clients to address qualityissues and implement correctiveactions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QCreports including nonconformance reports inspection reports andtest results.
• Ensure that all constructionactivities comply with relevant codes standards andregulations.
• Provide training and guidance toproject teams on quality control procedures and bestpractices.
• Participate in project meetings todiscuss qualityrelated issues and provide updates on QA/QCactivities.
• Assist in the development andimplementation of quality management systems and continuousimprovementinitiatives.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer inthe construction industry.
• Strong knowledge ofconstruction quality standards codes andregulations.
• Excellent attention to detail andproblemsolving skills.
• Effective communicationand interpersonal skills.
• Ability to workcollaboratively with project teams contractors andclients.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software andtools.

PreferredSkills:

• Certificationin quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) or relevant QA/QCcredentials.
• Experience with largescaleconstruction projects.
• Strong analytical andorganizationalskills.
