Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Control InspectorPay $28-$30 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including preparation, maintenance of documentation, records, and document control procedures. Develop company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Act as the company representative for third-party audits of the QMS.
• Develop internal auditing tools, conduct internal audits, and generate reports. Implement data-driven solutions and quality improvement plans.
• Maintain the corrective action program.
• Supervise inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and technical integrity.
• Develop and maintain annual training plans and communicate updates with the leadership team.
• Review existing policies and metrics, updating them with the latest available technologies, tools, and software.
• Coordinate objectives with production procedures in collaboration with managers and supervisors to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

Education/Experience Required:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience working with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
