QC Inspector

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCalling all Quality Control Inspectors! A.R. Mazzotta has multiple quality control inspection openings in the Torrington area.
QC Inspector openings include the following:
1st shift – Final Inspection - $17.50 / hr

• Experience with the final inspection process.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures, specifications and blueprints.
• Skilled at using various measuring instruments including micrometers, indicators, radial clearance gauges, verniers, etc.
• Excellent visual acuity skills to verify compliance to drawings and procedures.
• Understanding of required quality control documentation.
• Ability to navigate computer systems to complete necessary documentation.

2nd shift – Precision Inspector - $19.50 / hr

• Requires training on 1st shift
• Experience with precision inspection
• GD&T, gauge and measuring tools experience required
• Ability to interpret part print dimensions and specifications
• 1st shift – Quality Inspector (Documentation & Auditing Focus) - $17.50 / hr
• Understanding of the inspection process used in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience completing documentation used in the quality process.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
