Your Key Responsibilities Support, monitor, coordinate the implementation of all projects which will be executed in plant. Take actions and follow status to realize target to meet plant strategy, support project team with counter measures. Prepare regular report of project status and progress. Drive the operation and maintenance of project management knowledge, processes, tools and methodologies in plant. Oversee and ensure that project related activities and procedures required by the company are effectively implemented within the plant. Answer/Suggestion to launch requests Organize, coordinate project related audit tasks Based on request, coordinate, monitor and control special project to realize organization target. Your Qualifications Bachelor degree or above. Preferable in engineering or business related. More than 3 years or above project management working experience in mechanical/auto manufacturing factory. Experience in working with people with different culture. Have general knowledge of product manufacturing process. Skills on project management and planning, with IE background/experience is preferred.
