DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with quality standards for individual products and set out the standards in documents and processes for the production team (such as API 16AR, API Q1, ISO 9001)
- Create, review and update documentation (Procedures and forms, etc.)
- Work with operations to ensure that the QA processes are integrated.
- Analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective action.
- Take proactive measures, such as developing and implementing continuous improvement programs covering production processes and quality management systems - eliminating the causes of quality issues and reduce the risk of failure.
- Review and approve internal and vendor documentation packages.
- Sourcing and review of internal certification
- Cost analysis and defect drive down – addressing non-conformance issues with production team.
- Conduct gap analysis
- Conduct internal audits
- Create training courses & carry out the training
- Accountable for achieving all relevant KPIs.
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager.
