Quality Assurance Engineer

We're seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you'll ensure our products and processes meet the highest quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:



* Develop and maintain robust quality management systems.



* Conduct internal and supplier audits to assess quality performance.



* Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.



* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 8D, PFMEA, and PPAP.



* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and efficiency.



* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.



* Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.



Requirements:



* Proven experience in aerospace quality assurance.



* In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO 9001).



* Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (RCCA, 8D, PFMEA, PPAP).



* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.



* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Desirable Qualifications:



* Engineering qualification.



* Internal audit qualifications.
