What you’ll be doing…

• Throughout your role you will be working closely with the wider team including Producers, Programmers, Animators and UX/UI Designers where you will be developing QA plans and processes.
• Plan and manage the QA resources.
• Being able to train, coach and mentor Leads and Testers to ensure growth.
• Create reports for stakeholders to be informed of progress.
• Lead the team to ensure constant learning and development.
• Create optimal project delivery schedules and manage timelines accordingly.

Role Requirements…

• 4-5 years Console Gaming experience.
• Proven track record in team management.
• Next Level (pun intended) QA repoting and tracking
• Excellent QA Resource planning
