Job Title: Quality Control Inspector I

Location: Danbury, CT

Duration: 12 months of Contract (with possible extension)

Shift Time: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Job Description

• Doesn’t require experience doing inspections or doing manufacturing – helpful but not required
• Some technical experience or skill is helpful, but not required
• Looking for someone who has good attention to detail, computer literacy (office, excel, emails, teams, navigate internal system)
• Ability to read and follow instructions – processes already in place – won’t be creating anything new
• Most important – someone who will work well with other people and communicate well with other depts.
• Need to be easy going and even tempered to go a long way in this role, even more so than having any technical experience

Day to day

• 7-3:30pm shift – Will be fully trained, training done on same shift, usually about 2 weeks depending on how well candidate picks everything up
• Possibility for overtime
• Won’t be doing anything too complex - Review items for cosmetic defects (have procedures for that), document reviews (making sure operators are putting in correct info), will do final sign off when they qualify the item, will move to shipping or staging area.
