We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join the team at Kirkbymoorside working at a well-established factory who specialise in manufacturing advanced technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader known for delivering reliable products in the most challenging environments.
As quality controller, your day to day will involve:

- Maintaining the highest quality standards across all stages of production including inspecting received goods, work in progress, and finished products
- Upkeep of documentation and records.
- Developing key quality skills and techniques, such as Quality System Auditing, Faro Arm Measurement, and continuous improvement practices.
- Inspecting mechanical and machining materials based on engineering drawings and test specifications to ensure they meet quality standards

The candidate:
- \n
- Previous experience working within quality or within manufacturing
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are desirable, not essential.
- Team player, with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Computer competency – Microsoft and Excel.

The package:
This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary dependent on experience and excellent benefits. You will be working in a small team working 37 hours a week (flexibility on start and finish times between 730am – 6pm) Monday – Friday. Overtime is available subject to production demands.
