Quality Control Inspector

- must have previous experience inspecting metal (stainless steel and aluminum) fabricated parts.

• Reads blueprints, bills of materials, and written work orders required in the fabrication of parts.

• Measure and monitor products and processes

• In-Process inspection of product in all manufacturing stages

• Conduct calibration of measuring devices • Utilize computers for recording results, generating forms, and monitoring specifications

• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures

• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement • Clearly communicate and actively listen

• Assist with implementation of quality programs and policies

• Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good communication skills

• General knowledge of ISO-9001, First Article and PPAP’s

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

• Bilingual, English and Spanish or English and Polish,

• Ability to add and subtract small, medium or large numbers and to multiply and divide. Must be able to use a tape measure or other measuring devices such as calipers and to work with any/all specified tolerances. Must be able to read a decimal chart and simple/complex drawings to verify product identification and requirements.

• Pay rate per hour o $20.00 to $22.00

• First shift
