The Quality Control Specialist will report to the Director of Compliance Services & Risk

Job Overview

To conduct quality control and quality assurance reviews on internal teams, as well as produce reporting based on results.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

·         Conduct daily reviews on department processes to ensure departments are able to perform job functions.

·         Daily Quality Control of Client Requests to Programming along with Letter Library requests.

·         Update and maintain policies and procedures for QC/QA

·         Maintain accurate records of tests and reviews conducted

·         Prepare reports on quality metrics and findings along with remediation suggestions

·         Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met

·         Conduct regular meetings with department managers to discuss findings

Required Skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         2 + years of experience of quality control and quality assurance

·         Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong organizational skills and time management skills

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Desired Skills

·         Knowledge of ICE MT Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)

·         Experience in Mortgage/Banking Industry with focus on Mortgage Servicing being a plus

Working Conditions

·         Full time office position based in Nashville, TN
