Program Description:
The Quality Control Specialist will ensure the highest standards of product quality throughout the POD design, manufacturing, and testing process including inspection and acceptance of incoming materials, Quality Inspections during the manufacturing of the POD, and final inspections releasing the POD to our customer. During the site installation process, Specialists will provide Project Management with installation oversight. Monitor and report progress to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines. Quality Control Specialists will also oversee the maintenance, operation, and administration of the G-CON facilities to ensure they meet the needs of occupants and stakeholders.

Quality Inspection Execution 30%
- Inspects incoming materials and approves them for use.
- Executes pod floor inspection. Determining pod floor is ready for use.
- Performs a complete inspection that pod super structure is correct according to plan set.
- Conducts a thorough inspection of all electrical and mechanical components.
- Inspects all interior and exterior finishes for approval.
- Performs a final bolt up and installation verification at the project location.
Documentation and recordkeeping 20%
- Execute quality control documentation for Pod Inspections
- Upload all forms and photographs to drive.
· Provide daily updates of the project status.
- Maintain facility preventative maintenance schedules.
Site Installation Oversight 30%
· Assist in loading and unloading activities.
· Conduct site visits and inspections.
· Provide daily updates identifying project status
Facility Maintenance 20%
· Maintain maintenance, security, and function of the facility
· Manage facility vendors and budgets
· Plan for upcoming improvements and upgrades

- Assist commissioning department with testing during ET, FAT.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience:
Quality Control Inspections, Construction, Equipment maintenance
Experience in HVAC systems, Basic knowledge of operation construction, and design
Experience working and knowledge pertaining to Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms
Knowledge in documentation and recording of Inspections
Experienced
Skill in basic computer functions such as word processors, spreadsheets, and internet usage
Abilities:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and workplace policies. Ability to analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to analyze and interpret technical research journals. Ability to write professional correspondences. Ability to present information in small group and large group situations to customer, strategic business partners, the general public, and other employees. Ability to effectively present information to administrators, management, and other employees.
