Your Role:As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our quality systems. Your responsibilities include managing customer specifications, supporting change management, facilitating the PPAP process, and driving actions related to production quality concerns. Engage in problem-solving teams, lead others, and utilize data-driven analysis to improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering or Chemistry preferred)
• 2+ years of Quality experience in manufacturing (aerospace, automotive, electronics, or related industry)
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Proficient in 8D, A3, and root cause problem-solving methodology.
• Strong Microsoft Office and SAP skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to spend time on the manufacturing floor to gain knowledge and develop solutions
