If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.\nEssential Tasks:\n * Ability to gain cooperation working with all levels.\n * Technically advise as required from drawings.\n * Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures.\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as customers and suppliers, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.\n * Ability to implement preventive measures.\n * Conduct root cause analysis.\n * Investigate and document NCRs in line with company requirements.\n * 8D Reports.\n * Ensure maintained compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\n * Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\n * Ability to manage customer specific projects.\n * Conduct quality inspections internally and externally, if required.\n * ISIR/PPAP/FAIR reports.\n * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.\n * Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy.\nPreferred Tasks:\n * Conduct internal audits in line with the internal audit schedule.\n * Conduct external audits at supplier premises.\n * Conduct gravimetric and particulate cleanliness testing.\n * Understanding of production processes.\n * Use SAP investigations to support QA Activities.\n * Tube Manipulation and hose assembly knowledge for technical investigations.\n * Generating orders for replacements.\n * Raising credits for non-conforming parts.\n * Arranging transport for collection of non-conforming parts.\n * Organisation of returns of product.\nEssential Qualifications and Skills:\nYou must have proven experience in a similar Quality Engineer Position\nGCSEs\nDriving License\nNegotiation Skills\nExcel and Word\nAccess for logging only\nPresentation Skills\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills:\nEngineering Qualifications\nVocational Training – QMS Auditor Training - Internal\nQMS Auditor Training – External\nProduct Training\nProduct knowledge in the Hydraulics Industry\nSAP\nEssential Work Behaviour:\nIndependent\nOrganisational Skills\nFlexibility\nCommunication Skills (Verbal)\nCommunication Skills (Written)\nAbility to work under pressure\n37.5 Hours a week
