This role involves comprehensive management of quality assurance activities across the full life cycle of products within a specific market sector. The Quality Engineer ensures strict compliance with relevant quality standards, thereby guaranteeing the highest quality of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the quality lead on project teams, ensuring compliance for products and services across their full life cycle working to IATF 16949, AS 9100 & ISO 9001.
Experience in core quality tools including FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, FAIRs.
Approve product batch releases from a Quality perspective.
Develop, manage, and implement plans to achieve quality assurance compliance for relevant products.
Handle customer complaints, corrective and preventative actions, and root cause investigations.
Plan, implement, and report on validation activities, both internally and with suppliers/customers.Requirements.
Proven Quality Engineer experience to IATF 16949 or AS 9100.
Experience with FMEAs, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, 8Ds, Customer complaints, etc.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent systems & IT skills.Location: Blackpool
Perm: circa £35k - £45k (negotiable - dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday.
