Location: Wolverhampton, UK

Salary: £47,000

Hours: 39 per week



Join a global Tier 1 automotive supplier as a Quality Engineer, playing a key role in ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to enhance quality processes and drive continuous improvement.



The Role:



Support manufacturing teams to resolve internal and customer quality concerns.

Develop and maintain quality documentation and control processes.

Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements.

Conduct internal audits and support the audit team.

Collaborate with NPI teams on Control Plans, PFMEA, and Gauge Planning.

Provide training and guidance to Quality Technicians.

Travel to UK customer and supplier sites as needed.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier Quality Engineering role.

Strong understanding of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA).

Knowledge of metal forming and fabrication processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and customer liaison abilities.

Willingness to travel to customer/supplier sites, including potential overnight stays.

HNC in Manufacturing or Engineering + Quality Assurance qualification.

Full UK driving licence.
