Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for automotive manufacturing.

- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and compliance records.

- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in quality engineering within the automotive industry.

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
