Required Qualifications:

  • Authorized to Work in the United States: Must be authorized to work on a permanent basis in the U.S.
  • "Get It Done" Attitude: Demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and achieving goals.
  • Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and self-drive.
  • ISO9001/AS9100 Experience: Previous experience with ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, or equivalent Quality Management Systems (QMS) is highly .
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience using 8D methodology and other problem-solving tools.
  • Customer Interaction: Comfortable and professional in face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams, customers, and colleagues with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manufacturing Background: Experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of industry processes.
  • Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Solution-Oriented: Proven ability to develop and implement effective solutions for both routine and complex challenges.
  • Presentation and Follow-Up: Ability to present information clearly, respond to inquiries, and follow up with clients, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Computer Proficiency: Sound computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or Manufacturing) is .
  • Six Sigma Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
  • Additional Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), or similar certification.
  • JobBOSS Experience: Familiarity with JobBOSS software or similar manufacturing management systems is highly .
  • Supplier Quality Management: Strong background in Supplier Quality Management.
  • QMS Auditing Experience: Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) auditing.
  • Molding and Assembly Knowledge: Knowledge of molding and assembly processes.
  • Inspection Experience: Experience in inspection and quality control.
  • Lean Training: Formal training in Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
