JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews, tests, and inspects medical device finished products and receives incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Ensures all non-compliance issues associated with inspections are accurately reported
- Performs all routine acceptable quality level inspections and conducts 100% inspections on failures
- Performs activities to complete the Certificate of Conformance, final product testing for product release, and required cycle counts efficiently
- Participates in continuous improvement activities in team meetings and other formal and informal settings
- Assists other departments in the organization with a high level of customer service
- Performs cleaning and inspection activities and completes cleaning logs, completes intra- company inspections, and collects and documents magnehelic gauges
- Performs quality control testing on products and conducts inspection and disposition of all returned products, excluding complaints
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2-4 years of inspection, warehouse, or quality experience in a regulated industry

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Documentation Practices

- Tracking software
- Utilize measurement and inspection tools (e.g. calipers, gages, manometer, microscope)

Physical Requirement
- Move or lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital
- Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers (typing, opening,writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)

- Onsite: Office environment with assigned workstation
