Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector required. Our client is a manufacturer of specialist cast parts for the automotive industry. Due to the ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the scanning of parts using equipment such as a Faro Arm and Scanning Ball alongside the inspection of daily production parts.



Quality Inspector Position Overview



Utilising 3D scanning equipment including handheld scanners and Faro Arms.

Engaging in quality related issues to ensure corrective actions

Complying to ISO16949 & 9001 standards

An understanding of measuring software is desirable

Formulating 8D documents on issues



Quality Inspector Position Requirements



Previous experience in a Quality Inspector role or similar

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

Based in a commutable distance of Coventry

Experience working with Faro Arm / Scanning equipment

Qualifications within manufacturing / engineering is desirable



Quality Inspector Position Remuneration



Salary £24,000 - £26,000

Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00. Friday 07:00 - 11:00

33 days holiday, including bank holidays
