Senior Quality Inspector Are you an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong aptitude for precision and team leadership? They are committed to innovation and quality and are looking for a Senior Inspector to help ensure their top-tier components continue to exceed expectations. What You'll Be Doing: Take responsibility for the daily activities within the Inspection department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality components on time. Lead a team of quality inspectors, prioritising tasks and overseeing workflow management. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. Identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the team. Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to address issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions. Champion the adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and promote best practices in quality control. What You Need: Solid experience in a Quality inspection role, with a focus on Composites or Automotive sectors. Proficiency in Polyworks Software and a strong understanding of scheduling. Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and documents. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the Inspection team. Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
