• Inspect all molded products in line with customer requirements, drawings, etc.
• Inspect all first offs in a timely fashion to air the lift performance of the area
• Audit of work at press in line with company procedures
• Ensure patrol audits are carried out in a timely fashion, reporting any non-conformances immediately to the Cell Leader
• Load and unload ovens as and when required
• Work in-line with all relevant SOPs/Job card requirements
• Ensure a start / end of shift handover is carried out passing on any relevant information regarding works in process
• Housekeeping of own area
• Book all work within Syteline/DLP/filing work completed in order
• Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs respective to department in terms of efficiency, quality, and health and safety
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure good teamwork and best practice
• Must have a good working knowledge of basic math
• Must work assigned schedule and adhere to company timekeeping policy

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Regular and predictable attendance
