JOB TITLE: Quality Inspector
LOCATION: Oldsmar, FL
PAY RATE: Up to $23/hour

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

• Visually inspect solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies per IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 standards.

• Use microscopes and measuring tools (dial indicators, micrometers, scales) to assess quality.

• Review and interpret instructions, drawings, checklists, and IPC standards.

• Identify and document quality defects, ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications.

• Work closely with manufacturing teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of solder/visual inspection experience or 3+ years in electronic assembly/soldering.

• 1+ year of conformal coating experience.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents.

• Proficiency in IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 standards.

• Computer skills and ability to navigate documentation systems.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
