We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at a bespoke engineering facility in Manchester.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a fantastic chance to join a reputable company with strong core values, a supportive environment, and a focus on career development.\nResponsibilities\n * \n Inspect jobs at various stages of the manufacturing process, including first-off, final inspection, and FAIR inspection, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.\n * \n Capture and analyze specific measurements as dictated by customer specifications.\n * \n Produce detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.\n * \n Utilize CMM/Inspection Arm software (ideally PC-DMIS and PowerInspect; however, training can be provided for other systems).\n * \n Collaborate with the engineering team to address quality issues and implement improvements.\n * \n Conduct occasional offsite work as needed.\n * \n Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction.\nQualifications & Skills\n * \n Proven experience in Quality Inspection within Aerospace, Automotive, or similar regulated industries.\n * \n Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including AS9100 standards.\n * \n Familiarity with FAIR processes and various inspection tools.\n * \n Ability to read and interpret 3D Models & 2D drawings.\n * \n IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n * \n Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.\n * \n Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to meet business needs.\nIf you're a skilled Quality Inspector passionate about maintaining high standards and advancing your career, we’d love to hear from you!
