Job Description/Duties/Responsibilities:
Job Summary
The Quality Technician inspects, boxes and ships parts per verbal and written instructions.
? Primary Job Functions
? Visual inspection
? Boxing parts
? Complete the daily shipping report
? Dimensional inspection
? Fixture and wrapping parts for shipment
? Ensure work order instructions are followed (finish level and material)
? Ensure work areas are kept clean and orderly
Minimum Skills/Mandatory Skills/Experience Needed for Hire:
Education and Training
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
1 Year related experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up
to 30 pounds frequently
• Attention to detail, quality conscious individual
• Ability to use basic measuring tools
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Organizational and communication skills.

Working Environment / Physical Demands
• This position requires the ability to stand, stoop, and bend for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• This position requires the manual dexterity sufficient to operate common manufacturing
machinery and hand tools.
• Must speak clearly using the English to accurately convey information and be able to
hear at normal speaking levels.
• Must be able to visually read the work instructions, gages, and monitors required to complete
daily tasks.
• Regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and
occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds.
Saftey Requirements
• Required to observe all safety standards and rules.
• Required to report all injuries to his/her supervisor and Human Resources within 24 hours.
• Personal protection equipment must be worn as required by the job.
