· Responsible for planning, authoring, administering and maintaining the company’s quality management system, including the quality manual, quality policy and objectives in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Appointed as the company’s Management Representative for the quality management system; oversees external audits from regulatory agencies and customers
- Establish procedures and work instructions for maintaining high standards of quality, enhance customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Regularly communicates quality objectives throughout the company by providing analysis from developments and trends, internal audit results, identifying and resolving problems and determining process improvements
- Organize and lead management review meetings and assign action items accordingly
- Manage training protocols which clearly define employee roles and responsibilities, and enforce accountability to the processes and procedures which they have to follow
- Ensure calibration and maintenance activities are carried out properly and records maintained
- Investigate and solve nonconformance problems, corrective actions, identify preventive measures, establish critical limits and verification of procedures
- Communicates with customers on all RMA’s and customer complaints regarding quality and provide feedback
Oversee the organizations safety program and OSHA requirements
