We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Quality Manager who possess both excellent work habits and outstanding work skills. Candidate should have CNC machining background.

What you will do as a Manufacturing Quality Manager:
- Responsible for the development and operation of the Quality Management System including development of procedures, maintenance of the quality documentation and management of the AS9100 and other audits.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
- Perform directly, or through intermediate personnel, inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over products, processes, materials, and facilities.
- Manage and keep record of corrective actions, internal and external audits, management reviews, and other quality processes.
- Train and implement procedures into the company’s operation processes.
- Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize product reliability and optimize costs.
- Review technical problems and procedures of departments and recommend solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
- Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Directly interact with key customers to secure customer quality standards as well as investigate customer claims regarding quality.
Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years Quality Control experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• AS9100 experience in a manufacturing environment
• Professional experience in CNC production of components, prototypes, and small series
• Knowledge and experience in programming and operation of Zeiss and Hexagon CMMs
• Capability to work with metric system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
