Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a QC Manager in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay: $62,000 - $67,000 a year

Schedule: Must be Flexible

Duties: The Quality Control Manager ensures products meet company and regulatory standards. This role oversees quality assurance, sanitation, and compliance across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Quality Assurance, Cheese, and Janitorial departments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and plant quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and oversee product inspections.
• Manage HACCP programs and FDA compliance tracking.
• Address customer concerns and maintain strong client relations.
• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and conduct employee evaluations.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and production standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in data entry, MS Office, and WMS systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in warehouse supervision; wholesale industry .
• Certified to operate warehouse equipment.
