My client is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team with the view to develop them into a QHSE Manager. This company operate globally and are a leading supplier to the Automotive and Motorsport industries. They have a consistent track record of developing their staff through a mix of internal and external training.

This is a key role for the company's UK manufacturing division and will see you liaising with both internal manufacturing staff as well as several key clients for the business. You will play a key role in maintaining IATF 16949 as well as continuous improvement projects down the line.

The Role:
\n
* Maintenance of IATF 16949 standards
\n
* Liaising with key clients and developing relationships
\n
* Training and development into HSQE Manager role
\n
\n
The Candidate:
\n
* Previous experience working to IATF 16949 standards
\n
* Previous experience in a Quality Manager or similar position
\n
* Commutable to Redditch
\n
\n
