Quantity Surveyor\n\nApproach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.\n\nWhy Apply?\n\nThey are now looking to expand their team by recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in their Sheffield office, working holistically as part of a strong team of professionals to deliver excellent solutions for their clients projects.\n\nAs this is an award-winning and established consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work with some high-profile construction based clients across a number of sectors. You can expect supportive and ambitious working environment, fostered by the company’s strive for development and quality.\n\nDuties\n\n-            Working collaboratively as part of a team of costing and pre-construction professionals\n\n-            Simultaneously managing multiple projects over a range of clients whilst maintaining excellent standards of service\n\n-            Supervising the work of assistants and apprentices to help foster their professional development\n\n-            Working directly with the client contacts and managing relationships, being a key point of contact\n\nAbout You\n\n-            Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management\n\n-            Either a current Chartered Member, or a commitment to achieve Chartered Member status of the RICS\n\n-            Experience in providing quantity surveying projects and a proficiency in using role related software, such as CostX Measurement\n\n-            Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visits\n\nSalary Details\n\n-            £45,000 - £50,000\n\n-            Car Allowance\n\n-            Company Pension\n\n-            Holiday Allowance\n\n-            Benefits Package
