In a challenging economic climate this company is in an enviable financial position and has a growing pipeline of prestigious projects upcoming in the Northeast.\n\nDue to this growth, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. You will be office based and in charge of a main client's account with the opportunity to grow this particular account. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n* Conducting cost estimates and budgeting for large-scale construction projects.\n* Evaluating tenders and contracts to ensure financial feasibility.\n* Monitoring project costs and variations to ensure adherence to budgets.\n* Collaborating with project teams to optimize cost-efficiency.\n* Performing risk analysis and providing valuable cost advice.\n* Be able to work to schedule of rates.
