Salary – £48,000 to £57,000 depending on experience

About the Company



Based in Hampshire, the company are a long established and highly respected M&E Building Services Contractor operating within the Commercial and Residential sectors providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design through to installation and commissioning. As a result of continuous growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor.



Key Responsibilities, Experience, Skills and Desirable Qualifications:



* Working alongside the Commercial Director



* Preparation of variations



* Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts



* Cost reports



* Applications for payments



* You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor



* Construction sector experience (M&E Building Services experience is not essential)



* Attention to detail



* Good communication and IT skills



* HNC / HND / BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
