Quantity Surveyor



We have a current requirement for a Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis for a 12-month contract in Luton.



The role is with a tier 1 main contractor and to join the team on a refurbishment framework for a well known high street bank undertaking both internal and external works.



The role will involve



* Produce Subcontract documentation.



* Management of subcontract works packages.



* Produce and issue commercial notices.



* Manage change in a timely manner in accordance with the form of contract.



* Produce, submit, and agree monthly applications.



* Produce monthly reports and Cost Value Reconciliation’s (CVR) as required.



* Produce and maintain a detailed ‘Cost Plan



* Attending weekly progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.



We are looking for:



* Experience with a well-known main contractor.



* Experience of framework projects



* Ability to get to Luton on a daily basis.



* The role is to start asap.

This is a long-term freelance role with a tier 1 main contractor. You will be based on a major roll out and there may be opportunities
