Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: UK-West Yorkshire-Wakefield



Role: You will work a part of the Commercial, Estimating and Buying team, based in Wakefield Yorkshire on Residential New Build PLCs.



An increase in work has seen an opening for a QS, which needs you to manage multiple 2,3,4 bedroom new build residential properties of mixed design. This opening offers you the opportunity to progress and emphasise your skills within the residential and new build sector and to advance your career long term.



In a nutshell you will deliver a range of cost control and financial reporting duties in all construction aspects.
