Role Overview:\n\nWe're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a 14-month infrastructure project. This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working options, and a contract outside of IR35. We need someone who can start immediately to contribute to the success of our project.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee and manage all quantity surveying activities for infrastructure projects\nDevelop and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports\nTrack project costs and offer financial guidance\nNegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors\nEnsure adherence to contract terms and project specificationsKey Requirements:\n\n7+ years' experience in quantity surveying, particularly in infrastructure\nDemonstrated ability to manage project costs effectively\nExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills\nProficiency in relevant surveying software and tools\nImmediate availability required
