A long established contractor is looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the business.



They work in for many key clients in the residential care-home, private development and commercial sector with contracts throughout the midlands, south and south east areas.



A family business they are passionate about delivery and customer service and seek someone who shares their values and is driven by success and repeat business.



You should have 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor, developer or sub/specialist contractor.



Ideal home locations are Milton Keynes, Bedford, St Neots, Rushden.



The Company is offering a high basic salary plus a generous incentive scheme based on individual and Company growth and performance, and a car allowance.
