Permananet Quantity Surveyor Role! - Hyrbrid\n\nThe Projects\n\nAs a Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience, you will be playing a significant role in numerous leisure & Hospitality projects including pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, cinemas - Nationwide. You will be required to ensure effective and smooth project execution by overseeing cost management, procurement, contract administration, risk assessment, quality control, and client communication.\n\nRequirements \n\nFor this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;\n\nIT skills\nEffective time management\nSuperb negotiation capabilities\nAnalytical and Mathematical skills\nExcellent sales and presentation skills\nAbility to multitask and prioritise projects\nStrong communication and attention to details\nA wide understanding of construction laws and regulations\nThe ability to accurately estimate the costs associated with the project\nA solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques \n\nThe Role\n\nJob Title: Quantity Surveyor\nJob Type: Permanent\nProject: Various Leisure / Hospitality Projects\nLocation: Nationwide\nReporting to: Commercial ManagerDuties\n\nProcurement\nIdentify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them\nMaintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients\nCoordinate and negotiate terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors\nPrepare and manage contracts efficiently with clients, subcontractors and suppliers\nRegularly engage and collaborate with the team, providing comprehensive project updates\nMaintain accurate records and documentation for project costs, contracts, and procurement activities\nManage project budgets to ensure that expenses are maintained within established financial constraints\nEfficiently monitor and predict construction expenses, covering materials, labor, equipment, and related costs\nProcure materials, subcontractor services, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications \n\nThis is a permanent position with an excellent salary on offer for the successful candidate.
