Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Bournemouth. The business specialises in modular construction, working across the education and ******ial sectors wit projects typically valuing up to £10mil. Projects are administered via JCT forms of contract.



Due to an increase in workload for 2024, they're now looking to bring another Quantity Surveyor into the team to work with the team on projects across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the project from its early pre-construction phases and man****** it to final account. You will report into a Commercial Man******r.



In return, they're looking to pay a salary of up to £60k plus pack******, and the opportunity to join a business with a secured and local pipeline of work for years ahead.
