Walker & Sloan is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a social housing contractor in Llantwit Major. This role involves managing costs on refurbishment and new-build housing projects, ensuring financial efficiency and delivering high-quality outcomes.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will prepare cost forecasts, manage subcontractor payments, and oversee financial reporting for multiple projects. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and cost risks are mitigated.
