Quantity Surveyor

Arise Recruit have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor in Eastbourne that have a strong pipeline of work in the new build residential sector.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor for this company you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of projects across both social housing and private developers.

Projects are mostly JCT Design & Build Projects, secured through Frameworks and traditional tenders. As it stands there is a very strong pipeline through 2025 and into 2026. The company are planning for growth throughout this period and are growing the teams in a number of departments.

As a Quantity Surveyor within the commercial team you will provide commercial advice for bids and tenders, and be responsible for leading your own projects, reporting directly to one of the Directors.

To be considered for the role you will have:

* A min of 1 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor on D&B construction projects working for a Main Contractor

* A proven track record of successful delivery of projects.

* A stable employment history and suitable references
