Quantity Surveyor

Kenton Black are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor. Based in the Dundee area, the client is an established building contractor managing the construction of new build/refurbishment projects, up to £2m.



In your new role, as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the daily commercial function of commercial construction projects across Angus, Dundee, Perth & Fife. You will be responsible for preparing tender documentation, analysing budgets, procuring sub-contractors, monitoring project finances/costs/timelines, provide insight into cost effective strategies, prepare progress reports & contribute to progress meetings, deal with weekly/monthly payments, close final accounts.



As a minimum, you must have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or qualified by experience as well as previous experience surveying commercial construction projects. Working history must be back by positive employer feedback.
