Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks / Civils

Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk



Our client is a highly respected and well established Groundworks / Civils company. This is a great opportunity for the succesful candidiate to join a solid company offering good career progression.



Duties May Include:



* Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Inhouse Teams and Subcontractors.



* Cost control, management of projects and internal cost reporting.



* Submission of monthly valuations and produce cashflow forecasts.



* Prepare and manage Subcontractor and Supplier accounts.



Candidate:



* Relevant qualification ()



* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role



* Previous experience working within a similar company ()



* Confident communication skills
