Salter Grange is currently recruiting for a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contract that delivers luxury property projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for a range of luxury property projects

\n

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments

\n

• Manage project finances, including procurement, valuations, and cost control

\n

• Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery

\n

• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports

\n

• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field

\n

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or a CSA Commercial Manager, preferably in the luxury property sector

\n

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations

\n

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

\n

• Proficiency in relevant software (eg; MS Office, CostX, Bluebeam)
