An independent, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Warrington is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team.

As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will contribute to an exciting mix of bespoke projects spanning multiple sectors, including healthcare and NHS, local authority, education, commercial, industrial, blue light, housing, and defence.
The Quantity Surveyor will oversee these projects through all stages, from initial design and procurement to construction and final account settlement.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful developments alongside a trusted client base, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
The Quantity Surveyor
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (BSc or MSc )
Experience working across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, or industrial
Expertise in managing design, procurement, construction, and final accounts
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
MRICS qualification or progressing toward chartershipWhat's on offer?
