About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial success of our residential projects. You’ll manage project costs, prepare budgets, and work closely with our teams to deliver high-quality builds efficiently and profitably.



Key Responsibilities:



* Preparing and managing budgets, estimates, and cost plans.



* Managing project finances, from inception through to completion.



* Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.



* Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure projects remain within budget.



* Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts.



* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure project success.



What We’re Looking For:



* Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor is essential.



* Open to candidates at all levels, from junior to senior.



* Strong knowledge of construction processes and costs.



* Excellent numeracy, organizational, and communication skills.



* A proactive approach to problem-solving and cost management.
