Quantity Surveyor

The successful candidate will be from a Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background. Able to work at all levels from end client through to sub-contractor supply chain ensuring risk reduction on terms and conditions, cash flow on projects and final account payments. Desired Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and quantity surveying principles. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and negotiation skills.
