Specialise in Wet Civil Engineering such as Cofferdams and Flood Defence/Alleviations



Responsibilities Of Quantity Surveyor:

Cashflow & sales forecasting

Monthly payment applications

Cost/value reporting

Assess and raise required sub-contract certificates as required

Budget management including procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of contract documents

Review and negotiate contract/sub-contract T&C’s



Experience:

SMSTS

CSCS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Experience working on heavy civils schemes
