CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £60K, MILTON KEYNES BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, POTENTIAL HYBRID WORKING.



An opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor to join a Bedfordshire based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their expanding commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £80m is seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business, the successful candidate will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor as well as Commercial Manager of the business to integrate them into the commercial team and progress their career with a expanding and exciting Residential Groundworks business.



Duties:

• Optimising contract profitability

• Provide quotations to clients for variations

• Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks

• Accurate monthly cost and value reports

• All other daily tasks performed by an Quantity Surveyor



Requirements:

• Quantity Surveying experience needed.

• Time management skills and meeting deadlines

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or associated Qualifications

• Am understanding in Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint



Remuneration:

• Up to £60,000 p.a
