Your Role & Responsibilities




  • Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Prepare CVR reports to track project budgets and expenses.
  • Valuation & Negotiation: Arrange and lead contractor valuation audits and performance reviews, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Site Visits & Assessments: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate progress and verify quantities.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and implementing new and improved processes to enhance commercial efficiency.



Required Experience & Qualifications


  • Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent.
  • Experiencewithin in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of monthly reporting and financial forecasting.
  • Full UK Driving License.
